Students greet their teacher. Answer the common questions.





The aim: To develop Ss speaking skills and create friendly atmosphere

At the organization moment T tries to award active Ss. «The praise» method is used to evaluate Ss with phrases like:

An activity to guess the theme of the lesson.

Teacher gives to each group a bottle of water which has inside of it words related to the theme.

Learns have to read the words inside the bottle.

Pupils’ books closed. Have a class discussion, in L1 if necessary, about dinosaur. Put the Dinosaurs poster up on the whiteboard. Say and point to the words, one at a time. The pupils repeat, chorally or individually. Then point to the pictures in random order. Ask individual pupils to name them.

Pupil’s book p 28 Ex 25. There are 2 texts divided for 2 teams.

Then individual pupils read out the texts.











Learners have to read the text and label the pictures with the words in the bold.

Warm up.

Let’s do some exercises!

Teacher encourages students to stand up and do exercises. Teacher shows them a “Magic box”. When teacher turns on the music they have to pass each other the box. When the music stops, who has the box have to open and choose one flashcard with a word and translate it.

Read and complete.

Teacher explains how to use and, or, but, because.

Read the instructions and the example and explain the activity. Go through the sentences and elicit\explain any unknown words. Allow the pupils some time to complete the activity. Check their answers.
