Our new lesson will be about cooking. Today we will use structure Do you like…? And respond on a question; and talk about healthy and unhealthy foods, and after talk about food pyramid.

After workings with PPT students are offered to work with memory cards (will use as a PPT or as an individual cards) to revise words or to learn them, again practice structure Do you like?

Vocabulary practice.

Give each learner a piece of paper with different pictures of food.

Differentiation by support: Less able learners work with teachers` assistance.



GROUP WORK:

Learners are divided into 2 small subgroups. (Fruits and Vegetables)


Each group/pair gets different food. (Fruits, vegetables, dairy, meals)

Differentiation: Less able learners get a list of ingredients and pictures to match and then say.

Learners that are more able get only pictures without words.


Then work with group. Worksheet 2, slide on the PPT.

Children have to find words in the matching.


Learners revise words or to learn them, again practice structure Do you like?














Learners read and match









Learners cut out the pictures and glue them next to the appropriate word in their vocabularies.











Learners write the ingredients to their meal.
