Children, tell me, please what is the theme of lesson?

The theme of our lesson is school uniform.

Look at the board and read the aims of the lessons and what should be the best results at the and of lesson.

Introducing new words

1st task

  • Teacher demonstrates and drills words: suit, dress, skirt, shirt, T –shirt.

Now each group should colour the picture and describe it.

Assessment criteria -1. use 3 colours at least

2. describe the picture using the new words and pronounce them correctly

(giving feedback and formative assessment with smiles)


Practicing new words by the text

2nd task

Teacher gives each group a blank page on the wall and each group should choose the secretary, who will listen and write the text. Another student read the text and retell it to the secretary.

Assessment criteria -1. Task should be done as quick as it possible

2. the text should be written correctly without mistakes( 3mistakes are possible)

(formative assessment – 1 sticker)

3rd task

Individually work. Each student come to the board. The teacher asks to do actions using verbs by music.

Reflection


There are boys and girls . Stick your own picture on the success stairs. If you understand all steps of the lesson stick on the top of the stairs, if you don’t understand and the lesson wasn’t interesting, stick on the red colour. Finally, if you understand part of the lesson and it was a little difficult, stick on yellow colour.
