My dream

My name is Nesipbai Zhannur. I am in the eighth grade. Every pupil has own dream. I always dream about my future profession. I put many questions herself: what I will do after finishing school, where I do study and etc…

Finishing schools the beginning of the independent life for many school learners. Many roads are opened before them: colleges, institutes and universities. But I made my choice long ago. I want to become a teacher of English. My choice of this occupation didn’t come as a sudden flash. We began studying English in the fifth form of the school. We started with the ABC, transcription and sounds. We learnt some English words, conversational phrases and dialogues we read and translated easy texts.

From lesson to lesson we improved our knowledge, learnt new words, grammatical structures. Soon we were able not only to read and translate texts but to discuss their contents in English. If you work hard, it will give you great safisfaction. You will be able to the people from other countries, to read foreign authors in the original.

My parents are also teachers and known that teaching is a very specific and difficult job. Most jobs can be done within the office hours of 9 a.m.-5p.m. but teacher’s work is never done. Teachers do not only teach their subjects. They bring up the children. It is not easy as it may seem at first. But I think that love for children combined with knowledge I’ll get at the University would be enough to succeed in my work. I’m sure my dream will come true.

My dream to learn English not only because it is the language of such a great countries as the USA and Great Britain. English is a wide spread language, international language, the language of progressive science and engineering. To know English today is absolutely necessary for every educated man, for every good specialist.
