Movement"
Objective: To
increase students' physical activity, reinforce their knowledge
about health and sports, and develop teamwork skills through a fun
and interactive board game.
"Stretch & Move Break"
tasks: Students must complete a
simple physical exercise (e.g., stretching, jumping, or

"Who Has the Most
Energy?" game: Teams must complete a physical
