2.Dividing into subgroups

Teacher divides learners into two group with the method of ‘Puzzle’ Learners should take picture clips and should build up a picture of water, land and air.

-I am going to divide you into three groups. First of all come here and take one sheet of paper. If you have a picture of water you will be in the first group, if you have a picture of land you will be in the second group, if you have a picture of air you will be in the third group.

  • How do you think what about is our theme?

  • Look at the pictures. What do you think?

  • The theme is “Save the world. We will talk about the ecological problems in the world. Our grammar material is Present Perfect with still, yet, already, just. We’ll train using the modal verb should and do many other things. People all over the world think about our planet. They think about air, water, plants and animals. They say our planet is in danger. Many people don’t know how to keep the water clean and the air fresh. But they are ready to do it.

- The environment as it known is all living and non-living things that surround us. They are animals and birds, woods and forests, air and water, land and atmosphere. All this may be called natural living conditions and resources.

• The examples are numerous (the Aral Sea are polluted and became smaller and smaller, people from Semey suffer from radioactivity, Bayconur influences greatly on the climate of the region, and in the Atyrau region oil kills birds and animals)
