MAIN PART Ok , let`s revise the vocabulary of the previous lesson about weather. Is it sunny? Is it rainy? Is it windy? Is it cloudy?
The topic of our new lesson is «By the sea ». New vocabulary Pool- бассейн Dive- сүңгу Swim-жүзу Get wet- су болу Surf – сёрфингпен айналысу Sail- кемемен жүзу Waterski- су шаңғысы Learners should rewrite into their notebooks the new words on the board. Boys and girls let`s play a game «Magic eyes» Task 1. Ex 4. P 96 Listen then match. Answer keys: Get wet- A, Surf –B, Waterski-D Dive- E, Pool-C, Sail-F Task 2 Listen and match. There is one extra child in the picture. You should find him. Task 3. Read the instructions and explain the activity. Refer the pupils to the sentence at the end of Ex. 2 and read it out loud. Allow the pupils some time to read the words/phrases and tick the ones they like doing at the seaside. Then they tell their friends. Check their answers. Suggested answer key collect starfish ✓ swim ✓ I like collecting starfish and swimming when I’m at the beach. Description:
