Students will try to guess the topic of the lesson looking at visual aids: Dress, skirt, shorts, hat, trousers. Blouse, skirt, jacket.

« Puzzle»

You will have 4 tasks for every task you will get a piece of a puzzle. At the end of the lesson you should collect all the pieces of puzzle. If you collect all the puzzle complete picture that group will be the winner.

Task: Every group should wear the parts of clothes and name the clothes .

Task: Separate the clothes into plural and singular . Colour them

Task: The plural of nouns is formed by adding -s ,ss+es to the singular.E.g.Hat- hats,dress- dresses,glove- gloves,bow -bows.

Choose the words by theme clothes and divide their into plural and singular form of nouns and name examples.

More support:

  • Show students the slide, or give them a print out with the clothing pics and words.

  • Allowthem to identify less items of clothing.

More-able learners:

  • Encourage these kids to label more clothing items.

Some very able learners may even hand write the sentences.







For each correct answer the student or the

whole group will receive a piece of puzzle. At the end of the lesson the students should collect all the pieces of puzzle and complete the picture.

  • Make

sure power cords/outlets are not a tripping hazard
