1.1. Greeting. Introduction of the lesson objectives.

The aim: To develop Ss speaking, thinking skills and create friendly atmosphere

Name ten” - T asks students to think of 10 items that fit particular criteria.

For example:

  • Jobs where you have to wear a uniform

  • Sports that are played with a ball

  • Three letter parts of the body

  • Name of bestselling films


1.2. “Brainstorming”

Aim: To refresh Ss mind before starting new theme.

T asks different questions connected with the theme and tries to help Ss to give the correct answer. T asks leading questions to clarify the theme to the Ss who needs T support.

Ss give their possible answers. After that T introduces the aim and theme of the lesson.
