Form 7. Group work Read the text . Goldplay are one of the most famous bands in the world. The band began in1998 when they were students in London. Their three albums have been very successful in the UK, Europe and the USA. They have won a lot of awards and their songs are very popular. The singer-Chris Martin-married the actress Gwyneth Paltrow in 2003 and they have had a daughter called Apple. He tries to lead a normal life, but it can’t be very easy. They have helped raise a lot of money for charity. They control everything from the music to the videos-for example, their songs have never been in adverts.
