I want to tell you about myself. Look at my photo. I'm fat. I eat a lot of unhealthy food. I can’t run and jump. I would really like to be slim and active. Look at my menu. Please help me to solve my problem. Write a letter to me about healthy food and healthy life

1. Look at the whiteboard. What is the theme of our lesson?

2. Yes, you are right. The theme of our lesson is “Healthy food”. We are going to speak about healthy and unhealthy food. At the end of our lesson we will write the letter to Jake. Let’s help him to solve his problem.

3. To be healthy we must eat healthy food.
