However, if we consider this concept more widely, it becomes clear that it consists not only in teaching certain knowledge, but also in the education of their students. The teacher must always be an example. That is why I believe that not everyone can become a teacher, it is not given to everyone.The work of the teacher does not end when she leaves the school building after school, she has all the time to improve and grow, the only way she will be able to cultivate high moral qualities and teach the same children. Of course, our mother becomes our first teacher, she teaches us everything she knows. Therefore, in life it is very important to choose your profession. The importance of the profession of teacher is difficult to overestimate, because if she does not have life guidelines, it can cause serious harm to the formation of the personality of students. Choosing for themselves this profession, everyone should remember this and think three times whether he is ready to take on this responsibility and whether it will be able to carry through life with honor. Many believe that a teacher is a profession from God. Not even a profession — a calling. Indeed, how many spiritual qualities should unite in his character the person who wants to become a teacher: firmness, boundless patience, rigor and gentleness, trust and the ability to be an example in everything. And most importantly-love, love of life, the learning process, and above all, to children. From a young age we are surrounded by teachers. They reveal to us the secrets of numbers, explain the laws of nature, introduce the masterpieces of world culture. They open the doors to us in this beautiful world filled with the joy of recognition. Real teachers teach us not so much science as the ability to learn to find the source of knowledge. They awaken in us a craving for good, light. A good teacher who managed to find an approach to the student, to put something in his soul, can remain in his memory for life. Its main task is to help the little man to become a person, to adapt to society and to find his place. He should make every effort to help the student's talents to develop and grow, to direct his aspirations in the right direction and show what to strive for. How much in a person's life depends on who will be his teacher. After all, teachers give us not only knowledge of the subject, they teach us life, educate in a little man the ability to rejoice and love, hope and believe, to be strong and brave, hardy and faithful, smart and confident in their abilities. The first teachers in a person's life are his parents, who not only give life, but also invest the necessary knowledge for life, instill moral concepts and values accepted in human society. My parents raised me, shaped my outlook, attitude to life and to people, gave support not only in the present, but also in the future. They laid the foundations for the further development of my abilities, and later, for eleven years, it was the teachers at the school who gave me the basic information base in various fields of knowledge. Initially, the profession of a teacher aroused my deep respect. My first memories of school are always associated with my first teacher – Omarbayeva Dariga Sultangazievna. Now I remember her and marvel at the endless patience, boundless love for children and their work. Even then I really wanted to follow in her footsteps. Therefore, by the end of school, I have clearly defined for myself the future path Pedagogical University. Only specialty I chose another English teacher. In my life there were many good teachers, one of whom is a math teacher, director of school № 159 Mirazova Ayakul Tureevna. I've always admired her. I know her when our school 2010 was held a competition among teachers "the teacher of year". Talking to her I realized that it Ayakul Tureevna my ideal. Ayakul Tureevna always full of energy, good mood, optimism. She is a famous teacher, director of school-gymnasium № 159, the mother of all teachers, a favourite teacher of students. My headmistress Fatima Mametkalievna always admires and says that Ayakul Tureevna the perfect teacher and example to all teachers. After reading all her articles and works, I was agree with headmistress. She did a great job for the development of pedagogical skills.And then defining your own behavior with the students, I hesitated for a long time. Everything turned out somehow in itself. Now more and more often I find myself trying to be like her and be for students not just a teacher, but also a good friend who will never give up in a difficult situation, giving the necessary and valuable advice. It was from her that I learned about problem learning. I remember her speech because she started her speech with Lev Tolstoy's phrases: "If the teacher has only love for the cause, he will be a good teacher. If the teacher has only love for the student, as the father, mother, he will be better than the teacher who has read all the books, but has no love neither for the work nor for the students. If the teacher combines the love of work and of the disciples, he is the perfect teacher." And now I remember with a smile her tremendous speech about the good teachers I realized that a teacher should love her profession .And I fully agree with her. If you love your job, your subject, talking about education, you can be sure that students will be waiting for your lessons. They will miss, respect you and look forward to your lesson. This important role was played by my first teacher and director of the school № 159 Ayakul Tureevna. I am so happy that I have an ideal as Ayakul Tureevna. And today I wrote an essay about her with great pleasure. Ayakul Turievna you are a perfect teacher, you are a woman of innovation, you have done a great job in education! You left a big mark in the history of education. Those who in the future wants to become a teacher, have to go to a great school of life. And to choose this profession is only for those who feel a vocation-to be a teacher, mentor, friend, advisor and example in everything.
