Microteaching learnt us to to identify the differences between formative and summative assessments. By working lesson plans we had learnt teaching strategies. These strategies can be used to develop students reading, writing, speaking, listening skills. I learnt method on my group mates. In my future plans I will use all of these strategies to help my learners be active, clever ,well-educated. Microteaching on my planning is effective techniques of teaching and learning.
