We all have habits. Some habits are good for us. These are healthy
habits. Other habits can be bad for our body or mind. These are
unhealthy habits.
Healthy habits help us feel strong and happy. For example:
• Eating fruits and vegetables every day
• Drinking clean water
• Sleeping 8–9 hours at night
• Washing hands before meals
• Doing sports or walking every day
Unhealthy habits can make us tired or sick. These include:
• Eating too much fast food or sweets
• Playing video games all day
• Sleeping very late at night
• Not brushing your teeth
• Not moving or doing exercise
We should try to change bad habits and start good ones. Healthy
habits help us live a better and longer life!
