In this activity, you will close yor
eyes for 1 minute. While you do
this, think of a place that you find
to be the most relaxing. it can be
on a beach, in the woods, or
wherever you'd like. For this one
minute, pretend that you are at
this relaxing location! You should
only focus on the sights and
sounds of this place and nothing
else. You should practice deep
breathing the whole time. breath
in through your nose, and out
through your mouth!
Describe your relaxing place! Did your body feel
calm as you were completing this activity!
