1. Greeting.

Teacher greets learners and asks the date, day and the weather .Learners answer the questions.

2. Warm-up .

Make up the circle and sing a song «Good morning». To say wishes for each other

2. .Dividing the class into two groups using the pictures of letters and numbers.

1^st group – “Letters”

2^nd group - “Numbers”

2. Checking up the homework by revising previous lesson’s material, new word.

Learners play the game to review the last themes with the game «Farm or Zoo». Learners have to find the words that teacher says. Teacher checks their answer.

Activity 1. Pre-learning. (Critical thinking)

Teacher asks from the learners how do you think about this video?

• How many letters have in English?

• What kind of letters did we meet?

The teacher introduces the theme and objectives of the lesson.

Activity 2. Teacher introduces with the Ww, Xx, Yy, Zz letters . Teacher taught the difference between the big and small letters.

Activity 3. Individual work.

Students write the new fonts.

Activity 4. Pair work. “Clip card”

Find an image that begins with an Ww,Xx,Yy,Zz

Learners will be assessed by smiles for the right answer.

Activity 5. Group work. “Rainbow”.

Find pair of the big and small letters

Conclusion: “Missing letters”. Write in the missing letters.
