Start (Beginning of the lesson)

Greeting: Teacher teaches the learners to greet one another in English; learners respond to greeting of the teacher and take their places. Dividing into subgroups using pictures of animals Warming up: Riddles It is big It is white and black What is it? (zebra)

II. Brainstorming

Teacher asks the pupils to identify today's theme using sounds.

- Pupils listen to animals noises and name the animal.

III .Teacher pre-teaches using realia/visual aids: sizes, wild animals, pets using mimes, gestures and total physical response.

II. Teacher stick at the board the picture of the forest and the house and the words wild and pets. /slide

-Now children look at the board you see a forest and a house. Some animals live in the forest. The are wild animals. And some animals are pets.

Task: What animals are wild and pets?

Teacher gives the pupils pictures of different animals which are mixed and picture of the forest and the house. They choose the pictures according to the name of their group

1^st group – pets

2^nd group –wild animals

Pupils stick their work at the board and name the animals. ( топ бір бірін бағалайды with gestures )
