GREETING Teacher greets students. The duty reports about the number of absent students and what was their home task. Setting the aims of the lesson Teacher explains the aims of the lesson. Then divides learners into two groups. Checking home task Teacher checks home task. Learners who are ready come to the blackboard and present their speaking for topic “Seasons”. |

At the organization and brainstorming moments T tries to award active Ss. «The praise» method is used to evaluate Ss with phrases like: “Good job! Well done!” |

Teacher shows the video, so learners have to guess the theme. Task 1. The first task is “Quiz”. Teacher introduces them a rule of this task. In this task learners have to read the sentence and choose the correct word related to the picture. Task 2. In the next task learners work with book. P 73 Ex 2. Complete the description of a castle with prepositions in the box. Warm up. Let’s do some exercises! Teacher encourages students to stand up and do exercises. Teacher shows them a “Magic box”. When teacher turns on the music they have to pass each other the box. When the music stops, who has the box have to open and choose one flashcard with a word and translate it. Task 3.Teacher hands in worksheets to each group. Each group have to choose the correct preposition to complete the sentences according to the picture. |
Learners watch the video and say their opinion. Learners from each group come to the screen and choose the correct variant of prepositions of place. Learners work individually. They describe a castle using prepositions of place. Students follows the Teacher’s instructions. Learners have a worksheet “A town”. They have to describe the town using the correct preposition. |
Verbal evaluation After the task learners from each group put the sticker to the “Stairs” on the whitebord. After they are ready they change copybooks with their neighbors and check each other. And put the sticker to the “Stairs” on the whitebord. T tries to award active Ss. «The praise» method is used to evaluate Ss with phrases like: “Good job! Well done! After they are ready, two groups change their worksheets and check each other. And put the sticker to the “Stairs” on the whitebord. |
