Ask students to answer questions in Part 1 (from the book) in pairs. Monitor and support with vocabulary or sentence structures.
Explain task: “Now you make your own invention!” Give an example invention (e.g., Flying Pencil – It can write and fly!). Guide students through steps 2 & 3 in the book.

Listen and follow along in the book. Answer the teacher’s questions orally. Repeat key phrases: It can clean the floor, It runs on batteries, etc.
Work in pairs to ask and answer: What is the name of the invention? What can it do? Do you like it? Why? Share answers with the class using short sentences.
Think of their own invention idea. Write short sentences about their invention (with support if needed). Present their invention to a partner or the class (orally or visually if drawing is involved).
