Teacher gives out pieces of paper with the text. Cinderella Once upon a time, there was a nice girl named Cinderella. She had a mean stepmother and stepsisters. They made her do a lot of work. One day, there was a party at the palace. Cinderella's stepsisters went, but she couldn't. Cinderella felt sad, but then her fairy godmother came. She used magic to give Cinderella a pretty dress and a carriage. Cinderella had to leave the party by midnight, or the magic would stop. At the party, Cinderella danced with the prince. But when the clock struck midnight, she had to leave and left a glass slipper behind. The prince wanted to find the girl who left the slipper. He came to Cinderella's house, and when the slipper fit her foot, he knew she was the one. They got married and lived happily. The story is about being kind and believing in good things. Post –reading Pair work “Scrambled pictures” Teacher gives learners 4 pictures. Descriptor: Put the pictures in correct order
