Match each Kazakh verb
with English translation. Look at
the Kazakh verbs and the English phrases. I st group I бару – барды to school one day, I көру – көрді my friend on the way. I жеу – жеді an apple red, I алу – алды my book and read. II nd group I болу – болдым a happy day, I жасау – жасадым a craft to play. I жүгіру – жүгірдім around the yard, I беру – бердім my friend a card. In the previous lesson, we studied Past Simple – irregular verbs.
When we use Past Simple, we don't say only one action. We can describe a whole event. Can you guess what we will learn today? So, the topic of today’s open lesson is: Describing a Past Event. |
