Түсінік хат

Шет тілін меңгеру — заманауи әлемде маңызды дағдылардың бірі. Бұл тілдік дағдыны жетілдіру адамның кәсіби дамуына, мәдени түсінігін кеңейтуіне және жаңа мүмкіндіктерге қол жеткізуіне ықпал етеді. Дегенмен, шет тілін меңгеру кейде қиындық тудыруы мүмкін. Сондықтан тіл үйрену үдерісін жеңілдетуге көмектесетін тиімді әдіс-тәсілдерді білу маңызды. Бұл авторлық бағдарламада шет тілін жеңіл меңгеруге арналған бірнеше тиімді әдіс-тәсілдер қарастырылады. Қазіргі кезде Қазақстанда жалпы білім беретін мектептердегі оқыту үдерісінде жаңа технологиялардың негізінде шетел тілін оқыту білім беру үрдісінің негізі болып отыр. Жаңа технологияларды пайдалану заман талабына айналды. Әр пәнге қойылытын өзіндік талаптар бар, сол сияқты шетел тілі сабағында оқушыларды белсенділігін дамыту негізінде жаңа технологиялардың пайдаланылуы ерекше орын алып отыр. Жұмыста шетел тілін оқытуда қолданылатын жаңа технологияларды пайдаланудың тиімділігін анықтау мәселесі және жаңа технологияны орынды пайдалану жұмыстың өзектілігі болып табылады.

мақсаты: Шетел тілін оқытуда жаңа технологияларды пайдаланудың тиімділігін теориялық тұрғыдан негіздеу және оны тәжірибеде тексеру арқылы қорытындысын шығарып, тиімділігін дәлелдеу.

міндеттері:

• Жалпы білім беретін орта мектептерде шетел тілін оқытуда жаңа технологияларды пайдалануды теориялық тұрғыдан негіздеу;

• Жалпы білім беретін орта мектептерде шетел тілін оқытуда жаңа технологияларды пайдаланудың бүгінгі жағдайы мен мүмкіндіктерін анықтау;

• Жалпы білім беретін орта мектептерде компьютерлік бағдарламалардың, шетел тілінде сөйлеуге, жазуға, тыңдауға және түсінуге үйрету үдерісінде пайдалану мүмкіндіктерін көрсету.

Жұмыстың кіріспе бөлімінде жұмыстың негізгі ғылыми аппараты анықталады, бірінші бөлімінде шетел тілін оқыту үрдісінде жаңа технологияларды қолданудың теориялық негіздері қарастырылса, екінші бөлімінде жаңа технологияларды қолданудың әдістемелік негіздері айқындалып, Әдістемелік құралдың тәжірибелік іс- әрекетіне қорытынды жасалынады.

1. Оқушыларға шетел тілін интернет арқылы оқытудың теориялық негіздері

1.1 Оқушыларға шетел тілін интернет арқылы оқытудың басты ерекшеліктері

Шетел тілін оқыту кезіндегі интернет ресурстарын пайдаланудың артықшылықтары

Қазіргі мектептер мен жоғарғы оқу орындарында жаңа ақпараттық технологияларды қолданудың өзектілігі ең алдымен білімгерлер мен оқушылардың өз бетімен оқу кезінде дағдыларды қалыптастыру қажеттілігімен сипатталады. Қазіргі уақытта ақпараттар көлемінің қарқынды өсуіне байланысты, білім тек қара бастың қамы үшін емес, оның ары қарайғы кәсіби қызметінде тұлғаның сәтті даму үшін басты шарттар болады. Білімгерлер мен оқушылар белгілі бір тілді меңгермей кез-келген идиома мен мақал-мәтелдерді түсініп аудара алмайды.

Интернет жүйесінің ресурстары ақпараттық пәндік орта құру үшін білім беру және өзіндік білім алуда, оқушылардың жеке қызығушылықтарымен қажеттіліктерін қанағаттандыру үшін өте құнды және бай база болып табылады.

Оқуға үйрету

Виртуалды шынайылықта іңгімелесі электронды пошта арқылы іске асады, ол мәдениет аралық құзыреттілікте келесі жолдармен қолданылады:

1. Достық хат құру.

Халықаралық хат алмасуларды кез келген сыныпта және тілді кезкелген деңгейде меңгергенде жүзеге асыруға болады. Үйреніп отырған тілді мақсатты түрде қолданумен қатар достық қарым қатынасты орната отырып мәдениетті тануда электрондық хат алмасу қағазды хат алмасудан жылдам, ыңғайлы және арзан болып келеді.

1.  Сұраныс бойынша  TESL-L  (computer-assistedlanguage learning sub-branch listserv@cunyvm.cuny.edu/listserv@cunyvm.bitnet) немесе  TESLK-12 (listserv@cunyvm.cuny.edu) жүгіну;

2. әр түрлі мақсатта хат алмасуды құруды ұсынатын мәдениет аралық байланыс сервер парақшасына (Intercultural E-Mail Classroom Connections , ) жүгіну;

Интернет грамматикалық, лексикалық дағдылармен ептілікті дамытуда тиімді қолдануы мүмкін. Бұл жерге барлық лексикалық, грамматикалық, фонетикалық жаттығулар, оқу тестілері, IQ-тестілер кіреді. Мұғалімдер немесе оқушылардың өздері WWW. сайттарына кіре алады[11].

Интернет ресурстарының үлкен артықшылығы мәдениет аралық құзыреттіліктің дамуы, яғни әр түрлі мәдениетпен танысу болып тасбылады.

Соңғы жылдары педагогикалық тәжірибеге интернет – білім беру деген термин енді. Білім беруді ақпараттандыру қазақстандық білім берудің приоритеті болып табылады. Заманауй қоғамда қызмет атқаратын мектептің мақсаты өз оқушыларын ақпараттық кеңістікте бейімделуге дайындау, ақпаратты мәдениетті меңгеу мүмкіндіктері болып табылады. Қазіргі уақытта интернетті мектепте қолданудың қажет екендігі күмән тудырмайды. Барлық мектептегі білім беру кеңістігінде желі мүмкіндіктерін пайдалануға болады.

1.2 Ағылшын тілін интернет арқылы оқытудың формалары мен әдістері

Қазіргі уақытта интернет үлкен ақпараттық мүмкіндіктер мен қызметтерге ие. Интернет шетел тілін үйренушілерге мәтіндерді пайдалануға, шетел тілінде сөйлеушілермен әңгімелесуге бірегей мүмкіндік береді. Интернеттің дамуынан ағылшын тілін үйрену мүмкіндіктері айтарлықтай өсті. Желіден ағылшын тілін үйренуге арналған барлық әдістемелеік материалдарды, онлайн тестілер және мультипликациялық материалдарды алуға болады. Мұның барлық ағылшын тілін үйренуде қолданылады. Интернет кеңістік желіде өзінің ағылшын тілін білу деңгейін тәжірибе түрінде қолдана алады.

-сабақтың тақырыбы бойынша ақпаратты өздігімен іздеу үшін;

- өздігінен оқу үшін;

- бақылау жұмыстарына өз бетінше дайындалу үшін;

Интернетте коммуникативтілікті тудыру уақытты талап етеді. Оқушылар қызығатын қолдаушы әлеуметтік- психологиялық атмосфера қажет, олар: оны өзінің көзқарастарымен, қызығушылықтарымен, күшті және әлсіз жақтарымен жеке тұлға ретінде сыйлайды деген сенімділік.

Нақ тілге үйрете отырып, Интернет сөйлеу тілінің дағдыларымен білігінің қалыптасуына көмектеседі. Қазіргі уақытта ақпараттық- коммуникативтік технологияларды шетел тілін оқытуда жаңа үлгілермен технологияларды ойлап табу маңызды мәселе болып отыр (26-беттегі 2-кестені қараңыз).

Шетел тілін Интернет технологиялары арқылы оқытуда тілді меңгерудің келесідей деңгейлерін анықтап көрсетеді:

- бастапқы кезең- жазу мен оқудың қарапайым дағдыларын білу;

- ортаңғы кезең- міндеттерді жүзеге асыруға жеткілікті түрде тілді меңгеру;

- тәжірибелі кезең- тілді еркін меңгеру;

Интернет грамматикалық, лексикалық дағдыларымен білігін дамытуға арналған жақсы қосымша бола алады. Бұл жерге көптеген лексикалық, грамматикалық, фонетикалық жаттығулар кіреді. Мұғалімдер немесе оқушылардың өздері осындай сайттарды таба алады. Дамытушылық, пайдасы көп, тегін үйрететін әр түрлі форматтағы сайттар:

5.  Learn American English online — барлық материал кезеңдерге бөлініп, ыңғайлылық үшін әр түрлі түске боялған. Ал Пол есіді мұғалім видео форматта грамматиканы түсіндіреді.

That was in the past... What is peculiar about the British food nowadays? Today the best British food is supposed to be surprisingly regional. It is greatly influenced by local agricultural conditions and depends on geography and climate. In Wales, too, oatmeal is the chief cereal, and in both places scones, oatcakes and pancakes are traditionally cooked. England is famous for the hard cheeses the names of which derive from the rich dairy farming areas, such as Cheddar, Cheshire, Leicester, Derby, etc. Many of them are still made in local farm dairies. Hams also have a regional character and are cured in different ways in Yorkshire, Wiltshire, Cumberland and Suffolk. Cornwall is famous for meat pies. The pork, veal, ham and egg pies are associated with Midland England. Pigeon and game pies are connected with sporting estates. A characteristic feature of British food is the high quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of the way in which they are used. Fish is usually poached or fried, meat is roasted on a spit over a fire, or boiled. Both are accompanied by traditional sauces. Parsley sauce accompanies cod, gooseberry sauce goes with mackerel, apple sauce with roast pork, bread sauce with chicken and game, horseradish sauce with beef. Fried fish is served with chips, roast beef with Yorkshire pudding. Puddings are the most prominent produce of Britain’s kitchen. Some of them, like plum pudding, have beef fat as a base and are boiled or steamed, others, like apple pies and fruit tart, for instance, use pastry. Summer puddings and bread puddings are made from stale bread. The forerunner of today’s Christmas pudding was plum porridge. It was made with raisins, currants, plums, breadcrumbs and spices, and was eaten with a spoon. Poor people were more likely to prepare a simple dish — wheat grains boiled up with milk and sugar. But over the last twenty-five years many of them have changed from full fat to skimmed milk. Figures for skimmed milk went up from almost zero before 1980 to 12 per cent at the beginning of the 1990s. A special place in the life of the British is occupied by tea. They are the world’s greatest tea drinkers. They drink a quarter of all the tea grown in the world each year. Many of them drink it on at least eight different occasions during the day.
