Listening Text: Biography of a Writer
Today we are going to talk about a famous writer called Abay Qunanbayuli.
Abay Qunanbayuli was born in 1845 in Kazakhstan. He grew up in a large family. When Abay was young, he went to school and studied many subjects. He liked reading books and learning new languages.
Later, Abay became a writer, poet, and thinker. He wrote poems, songs, and short stories. His works taught people about education, honesty, and kindness. Many people respect Abay because his ideas are still important today.
Abay got married and had children. He worked very hard during his life. When he was older, he stopped working and retired. Abay Qunanbayuli died in 1904, but people still read his works and remember him as a great writer.
