Death penalty making society to act as murders

By punishing murders with the death penalty, society is also guilty of committing murder. Therefore, life in prison is a better punishment for murderers.

Many people are convinced that society becomes guilty in the death of person, if murderers penalized by capital punishment. That is why murderers should be penalized by life in prison. I totally disagree with this statement for various reasons related to economy, population and the rate of crimes.

First of all, it is not profitable to maintain prisoners. Taxes, paid by society will provide murderers with food, electricity and other comforts of life. If this money goes for maintenance of orphanages, it will be better for society and economy simultaneously. It is known that every person pays taxes for their own possessions. Therefore, the money of relatives of victims although will keep person who have committed homicide. In order to be ethical, it would be better to refuse life imprisonment.

Secondly, jails become overpopulated by increasing level of crimes in the twenty first century. As the consequence of imprisonment, there are a lot of crowded prisons with the worst conditions provided. Death penalty will solve this problem uproot.

Third, the more people are convinced that after committing a murder they will be punished by death penalty, the less will commit this type crime.
