Greet students and introduce the theme: “Today we’re going to be detectives!”

Show presentation “DETECTIVE CHALLENGE”

4. Find things that concerns the detective

After each task, the team receives one "Evidence Tag" (e.g. glasses, glove, footprint, magnifying glass). At the end of the lesson, the team with the most evidence tags is declared the winner.

First, I will introduce the competition format to the students and explain that there will be four stages:

1st stage: Code Breakers

Each team is given a long word (e.g. DETECTIVES) and must form as many smaller words as possible from the letters.

2nd stage: Who’s the Secret Character?

Give character card to one student per team, guide the questioning

3rd stages: Act the Clue (Crocodile)

Prepare word cards, monitor gestures and timing

4th stages: Find the Hidden Object

Hide object beforehand, respond to yes/no questions, guide turn-taking
