Having read the article, I understood that in every sentence a clear plan and purpose was set for Kazakhstan, today and future. Socio-economic and political reforms are being implemented in the country. And I believe that this article is a spiritual upheaval, one of the most important pillars of our development.

Every nation, every state is revived and renewed in the centuries. And the role of education in spiritual renovations and innovations is significant. We need to be aware of what’s happening in the world, taking into account our national identity. A person who knows several languages does not lose anything. “To be a country, straighten your cot,” says Mukhtar Auezov. Each student must know the new technologies and learn ways to lean to live a new life in order to be the owner of his or her wealth. If the key to the development of society requires the education of the educated people, our educational organizations should train those innovative people who are training and educate members of the future society on the directions that he Head of the State should pursue. The Head of the State6 reflecting on the main activities and peculiarities of this modernization6 emphasizes the importance of modernization: “The revival, as before, should not be neglected by historical traditions and national traditions. On the contrary, it is necessary to be able to turn the ancient traditions into the most important preconditions for successful modernization. At the same time, spiritual revival is important for the ability to combine and harmonize various poles or the national consciousness”.

Such programs as “Digital Kazakhstan”, “Education in Three Languages” , “Cultural and Interfaith Accord” are the main ingredients for the preparation of all Kazakhstanis to the requirements of the twenty-first century. I hope that every faculty, military and military personnel of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communication will contribute to the spiritual development of the country and the intellectual level of the country by incorporating these words of the Head of State into their vital goals. The future of our independent country-the intellectual features of our youth are directly related not only to the level of knowledge, but also to their national code, we need to take the future. I believe that the President’s position on spiritual modernization is the most important factor in the military sphere. The notion of ideologies raised in the article also shows that the changes in the country’s governance system are at the top of the new heights. New initiatives that lead such independent Kazakhstan to the forefront of civilization are always supported by the majority.
