Organization moment : 1.Greeting. Ask about the day/date and weather Checking the home task(3 min) Teacher writes the new topic First conditional. And explain the usage: The first conditional is used to talk about real and possible future situations. It is structured to express a cause-and-effect relationship between the condition (if-clause) and the result (main clause). This conditional is typically used for things that are likely to happen in the future if a certain condition is met. It is often used for making predictions, giving warnings, or talking about future plans. Teacher writes on the desk the Structure of First conditional: - If-Clause (Condition):Present simple tense. - Main Clause (Result):Will + base verb (infinitive without "to"). 2. Formation: - If + Present Simple, Will + Base Verb Presentation (5min) At the and of presentation we have a game. In the game, participants provide condition or first part sentences using the construction first conditional sentence. The participant must then add to the proposal predicting a possible outcome or consequence in accordance with rules of the second conditional offers.." 8 min

Ex 4 p 90 The purpose of this exercise is to practice forming first conditional sentences. Participants are given pairs of conditions and results, and they need to combine them following the structure of the first conditional. Students need to construct sentences using the structure of the first conditional. To do this, you are given two fragments - a condition (what will happen) and its possible result. For example, if you are given 'it/rain' as a condition and 'not go for a run' as the result, you must combine them using the rules of the first conditional. So the correct sentence would be 'If it rains, I won't go for a run'. Your task - make similar sentences, adapting these conditions and results in accordance with the rules of the first conditional sentence. (6 min) Ex 5 p 90 The aim of this exercise is to reinforce understanding of constructing first conditional sentences in English. By generating questions and responses in this format, participants practice applying the if-conditional structure to hypothetical situations and demonstrating the cause-and-effect relationship between conditions and results. Participants are required to convert the provided elements (typically a situation or condition) into a question format. After forming the question, they should then respond to it using the first conditional format, where the if-clause sets up a condition and the main clause presents the consequence or action that will be taken if the condition is met. (8 min) Checking Understanding Teacher gives a worksheet with task of Zero and First Conditional. (12 min)
