Students read and complete the text with the verbs in the box. Answers: go, celebrate, make, jump, decorate

Ex3 Students look at the pictures of different food in A-E. And say if they can identify any of them before they do the activity. Students find the words in the texts to help them work out the meaning from context.

Optional activity. T mimes an activity and students have to write down what the verb is. E.g: jump, make, cook, decorate, dance, play. After finishing students compare their list of verbs with each other. Students also work in pairs to make six sentences, with each sentence containing one of the verbs.
