By the end of the lesson, students will be able to read a short article about adventure holidays in the USA and KZ and highlight 3 main points using a table or diagram. (7.4.1.1)

- to listen to a 2–3 minute dialogue about adventure holidays and identify at least 3 main ideas with minimal teacher support. (7.2.1.1)

- to use 5 or more topic-related words (e.g., rafting, hiking, climbing, equipment, destination) and correct sentence structure to talk about an adventure holiday. (7.3.7.1)
