Introduction of the picture “Pets”

• Elicit from learners what pets they know.

Introduce pets (cow, sheep, dog, cat, camel, horse,chicken,duck,goose,goat)

and work out learners’ pronunciation.

• Hand out the worksheets with pets to cut and glue into learners’ ABC books;

Dynamic break: Ask learners to come to the middle of the class.
