I. Organization moment: Ұйымдастыру кезеңі:
Good afternoon, dear Pupils! Today we have a competition lesson. It will be an interesting lesson. Are you ready? Let’s begin our competition. I will divide you into two groups: 1. Bayterek group; 2. Big Ben group. II. Our game consists of 4 rounds: 1) Who knows more? кезеңі 2) Guess the riddles кезеңі 3) Do you know? кезеңі 4) Game: Who am I? кезеңі
You must complete the names of your teams from this letters (imagination, composition).
Do it, please. Now both teams will introduce themselves. Who will be first?
1). First round: Who knows more? 1^st team : 1. What kinds of music do you know? 2.Who is your favourite singer or group? 3. What kinds of music do you like? . 4.Who is sing a song «Әлия» ? 5. Do you know the most favourite singers of your region? 6.The epic novel “Abai” is the work of ……….(Mukhtar Auezov) 7.What’s the capital of America? (Washington) 8.What colors are on Kazakhstan Flag? (blue and yellow) 9.When do we pick fruits? (in autumn) 10.The great Kazakh poet? (Abai)

2^nd team :

1. What kinds of music instruments do you know? 2.Who is your favourite singer or group? 3. What kinds of music do you like? . 4.Who is sing a song «Allo» and “ Mariya Magdalena? 5. Do you know the most favourite singers of your region? 6. How many months in a year? (Twelve) 7.What is the state language of Kazakhstan? (Kazakh) 8.What’s the capital of England? (London) 9.When is Nauryz celebrating? (The 22^nd of March) 10. What’s the official language of the United Kingdom? (English)

4). Fourth round : Who am I? game . There are pictures and 2 texts. You must find name of the text. Describe the pictures. There are about singers: Madina Eraliyeva and Roza Baglanova. Do you know their songs? Name them. 1.text -Roza Baglanova was born January 1, in 1922, in Kazalinsk, in Kzyl - Orda. She studied at the Kzyl – Orda Pedagogical Institute from 1939 to 1941. She was a Soviet and Kazakh soprano and pop singer who was honered with many awards. During her career she performed in many countries.
Baglanova was also included in the first edition of ‘’Women of the World’’, in the Anglo - American encyclopedia ‘’Who’s Who’’.She died of a heart attack at the age of 89 in Alma - Ata. 2. text- Madina Eraliyeva was born in August 8, in 1954 in Kazalinsk, in Kzyl – Orda. She studied at the Kzyl – Orda Pedagogical college. She was a leading singer of Almaty Philharmonic. With her own manner of singing she became the very beloved singer of Kazakh country.
