The problem of the theme is the development of functional literacy

ability to use reading and writing skills in social interactions (UNESCO 1957)

the ability of an individual, based on knowledge, skills and abilities, to interact normally in the system of social relations, to adapt as quickly as possible in a particular cultural environment
(National action plan for the development of functional literacy of schoolchildren for 2012-2016)
The relevance

is justified by the need for teachers to master modern approaches to teaching students, aimed at developing the functional literacy of students, providing quality education for all students, taking into account their differences.
