Organizational moment: Greet students. Create a positive learning atmosphere. How are you feeling ? Warming up “Put your hands in the air song” Encourages students to dance freely.
Teacher divides students into two groups using flag cards. Prepare cards with flags Australia and Kazakhstan. Hand them out randomly to students, and then announce that groups are formed based on these cards. |

the Creature" Ask students to guess the creature and describe what it might look like. Provide hints (e.g., "This creature has scales and tusks.").
Watching
video about mythical creatures. Task 1. Vocabulary Introduction - "Matching Words" Introduce key words (myth, tusk, scales, mane, etc.) using pictures. Students match words with their meanings/images in pairs.
Exercise 2. "Find the Facts" Read the texts and mark the sentences T(True) or F(False). Correct the false sentences. Find words in the texts that are similar in your language. Read the text aloud (or play the listening track). Students underline key information about each creature. True/False task: Students correct false statements.
Exercise 3: Worksheets: Complete the gaps. Use the phrases to say or write sentences about each mythical creature. 1) lives near ___________. 2) large body with ______. 3)__________like a walrus. 4) big_____with a horse’s________________. 5) you can see Bunyip on some__________________. 6) _________descriptions of the Bunyip. Task 2 “Magical
Spells - Word Relay” Divide the class into teams. One
