Get students ready by greeting them, speaking about weather, the date. – Today is the …. The weather is fine... The grade is divided into two groups with the help of colored papers green with pictures of musical instruments and orange with the pictures of activities. Teacher puts some pictures of My music poster on the board to show objectives and criteria, also teacher says what kind of rules learners should keep at the lesson. Warm up activity. “I can play…”song. Learners drew the instruments and wrote the first letters and showed them guess what the pictures are. Guess the words of your friend’s pictures of musical instruments which have only first letters. . Encourage to name them in Kazakh and Russian.

Play a game Miming.Teachershows one example then learners should guess themselves other musical instrument names according to the song and pictures. I can play the guitar/drum. Listen to me play! I can dance! Look! I can skip quick! Teacher shows the words : SING with I – microphone; DANCE with C – a dancing girl; SKIP – with a jump rope; JUMP with M – as a jumping boy.

Speaking (FA) .Each group takes a star for each correct answers during the lesson.Call 2 students from each group to the board. There will be the cards on the table. They take one card read the beginning of the sentence I can play … and finish the sentence writing the words on the air and the next group guesses. For example: I can skip. Look! Peer assessment: others listen when somebody says a sentence and corrects or helps to say. Choose one more able student to assess others by giving a sticker. But the teacher takes the final decision.
