The doctor said people could train their brain to enter the World Memory Championships. The doctor looked at brain scans of 23 world memory champions. The brains of memory champions and normal people were different. People did 30 days of 40-minute brain training sessions. Mnemonics is a new method that helps people remember things, especially in list.
