х During the micro-teaching I learned how to correctly structure the lesson and lesson plan. I learned methods and approaches. Differentiation tasks for learners needs. For example, it is always necessary to give support to students, to give them the opportunity to answer themselves, to give them freedom, to model what they do not understand. I learned apply new tricks. Magic tricks, Jokes, do magic, and focus. I learned about motivational techniques freeze, shadow dancing. And of course formative assessment Two stars and a wish, Oral feedback, Peer assessment. I will apply these skills with interest in my work. The feedback of my Trainer helped me to improve my lesson planning and explained me how to incorporate Formative assessment task, Differentiation, Active learning, Teacher modeling, Teaching Talking Time in my lesson.
