I. Organization moment The teacher greets the learners, and they respond. –Good day! How are you? -Who is on duty today?
II. Psychological training “ From heart to heart” Teacher greets and invites to stand in a circle and to greet each other: Be happy, be healthy, be wealthy, be active , be smart, be clever, be brave, be friendly, be kind, be pretty, be famous, be president, be honest, strong etc. The teacher divides the class into three groups using the forage caps with symbols of countries. 1st group :Ireland 2nd group :Scotland 3rd group :England Dear students, teachers , WELCOME TO OUR ENGLISH CLASS! Today I am your fairy teacher and let your all wishes come true. III. Eliciting the topic of the lesson (The whole class activity) Firstly, I will tell about my dreams of travelling around the UK and show them sightseeings of the UK . Then ask some questions about the world countries, using the map -What countries do you know? -What countries do you like? -What countries do you want to travel? -What do you know about the UK? -Can you show us your favourite country? -Now what is the topic of our lesson? …. Let’s check up it. In that case you should open the cards sticked on the board: “Holiday activities” Formative assessment: by thumbs:
IV. Pre-teaching the new vocabulary (Whole class activity) The teacher elicits the next collocations by pictures and BICs. -Listen to the phone and repeat after it, looking at the pictures: Safari, beach holiday, walking holiday, skiing holiday, sightseeing holiday, cruise. By the method “Kill the fly” 3 pupils come to the board and beat that pic said by the teacher. Differentiation by learning style: audial learners will learn by listening, visual learners will learn from pictures shown, kinaesthetic learners will learn from visual and audial information. Formative assessment: the teacher will praise the learners orally: Good job, Well done , Excellent. V. Matching (Group work) The pupils should match the words with the pictures 1.sightseeing a. cruise 2.safari b. skiing holiday 3.walking holiday c. safari 4.cruise d. walking holiday 5.skiing holiday e. sightseeing

Differentiation by levels: The teacher drills the active vocabulary for several times until less able learners can pronounce those words. Formative assessment: by sweets. Who gives the true answers, that one will get a sweet.
VI. “Poster : My Dream Card” (Group work). The pupils should work together helping each other, glue the pic on the poster and write the statements listening to Audio file. Finally the eagers should speak about the poster. Descriptor: learners: -glue the pic; -write the statements; -speak about holiday activities. Formative assessment strategy: teacher encourages the pupils by clapping her hands
VII. “TV reporter and a star”(Pair work). The teacher is a TV reporter and the pupils are popular stars . There will be a talk about travelling , holiday activities. -Welcome to our English class “New stars”. I am glad to see you here, today we are talking about holiday activities, about travelling. Well, what’s your name Miss (Mr)…? -What holiday do you like ? -What do you like to do there? -What country will you travel in the future?
