Task 1. Students work in pairs to practise the dates.Focus students’ attention on the numbers in the card and explain that we call them ordinal numbers. This means that they tell us the order that things are in. Point out that we use ordinal numbers to say dates. Differentiation: «Verbal support» method is used to help Students use new words in the text. Task 2. Game “Bingo” Bingo is a game in which numbers are randomly drawn, and students must mark the corresponding numbers on their cards. The first student to fill their card according to the rules of the game wins. To announce their win, they typically shout "Bingo!" Task 3. Students work with group to practise the ordinal number. Each student must form an ordinal number using letters with the help of straws.
