Thanks you for attention!!!Before the microteaching I realized that I could not effectively use
differentiation, descriptors and formative assessment in my lesson
plans..
After the feedback from my colleagues, especially from
my trainer, understood that if you organize your
differentiation work correctly you can achieve your lesson
objectives and encourage learners motivate. In the future I
will use:
-appropriate and effective strategies.
-Differentiation by task and by support
