Students learn and consolidate vocabulary items for emotions. Students write film review

To develop students’ vocabulary of free time activities (television viewing)

Assessment criteria

Get acquainted with the history of TV.

Talk about TV programs and identify them.

Work in groups of two, choose one film, research it and present the information to the class in the form of the film review

Differentiation

Stronger students can be asked to write the names of TV programmes for each type.

More able students will narrate heard information from recording and retell it to the class.

Allow access to dictionaries to check spelling.
