Organization moment : 1.Greeting. Warm up Ask: “What special days do we celebrate?” Elicit answers (New Year, Nauryz, birthdays, etc.). Show a picture of flowers and ask: “Do you know what day people give flowers to women?” Introduce International Women’s Day (March 8). Presentation Present a short text or slide: “International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8 all over the world. On this day, people thank women for their hard work and love. In some countries, people give flowers, cards, and gifts. In others, there are concerts and parades.” Discuss: “What happens in Kazakhstan on Women’s Day?” Show pictures from other countries (e.g., India, France, Japan) and explain briefly how they celebrate. |
The aim: To develop pupils speaking skills and create friendly atmosphere Efficiency: By wishing each other they feel better and feel the support of others Students of the class are listed.
