-You are right, today's topic is home cooking. Information: The national cuisine of the Kazakh people is divided into the following types: 1.Dairy products. 2 Meat dishes. 3.Soups. 4 Flour dishes. 5. Cereals. 6. Fish dishes. 7. Fruit dishes. Meat dishes play an important role in the life of the Kazakh people. Flour dishes Processing Bread. Baursak (bun). Bokpen is a dish made of fried flour dipped in milk. Salma is a dish made of boiled dough boiled in milk. Atala is a liquid soup made of flour with water. Porridge is a thick dish made of flour. Sheets (cakes, rolls, etc.). |
