The aim: To develop Ss speaking skills and create friendly atmosphere

Efficiency: By wishing each other wishes they feel better and feel the support of others.

At the organization moment T tries to award active Ss. «The praise» method is used to evaluate Ss with phrases like:

“Good job!

1. Aim: To introduce key vocabulary from a text

* Refer Ss to the Word List at the back of their books and give them time to look up the

meanings of the words given.

• Elicit which sentences' meanings are similar.

b) Aim: To match descriptions to pictures

Ask Ss to look at the pictures and say what they can see in them. (e.g. Picture A: a

traditional building, B: an ancient city, C: a modern city with traditional houses, D: open

space, a modern building).

Ss do the task. Check Ss' answers.
