Psychological atmosphere

Teacher asks students to remember values of their school. They are: Life-long learning, health, reponsibility, honesty, respect and global thinking

Before watching

T shows the title Laugh on the board. She does thestudents know what laughter therapy is? T explains that it’slaughing to make people feel better.

What are the funny people in a circus called? (clowns)

Post watching (Method Restaurant)



T gives students copies of the worksheet. They shouldwork in pairs and do exercise 2 by asking each other thequestions and making a note of their partner’s answers.

T tells the students that they’re going to watch a videoabout the connection between laughter and our health.

The first thing they have to do is match the medicalterms in exercise 2 with the definitions. Tell them they’vealready talked about the answer to number 1. It’s ‘therapy’.

Students do the exercise in pairs or in groups.
