Teacher: So, children, today we have an unusual lesson. Let’s know the theme of our lesson. Look at the blackboard. Here we have seven words. Take the first letter from each word and write.

• What word we have? Yes, holiday. It means «мереке» in Kazakh. What kind of holidays do you know? (Nauryz, New Year, etc.).

Teacher: - Children we know our theme. And let’s know our aims of the lesson. The aim of our lesson is to know about holidays of Great Britain and Kazakhstan.

Teacher: - So we knew our theme and aim of the lesson. Let’s divide into two groups. Come here and choose one sticker. Who chooses yellow sticker will be the first group and who chooses green sticker will be the second group. Let’s know names of our group.

The first group is Baiterek

The second group is Tarlan.

We knew name of our groups. Let’s choose a leader who will give you marks. Leaders take a sheet of paper; you will give marks to your group mates.

Teacher: What was your homework?

Pupils: Learn by heart new words.

Leaders give marks.

In April or at the end of March – Easter
