Aims of the
lesson:

the exercises in the book, to improve listening

To develop their
conversation by using the grammar
in past
simple and improve their
speaking, listening skills by saying and retelling. To develop
their abilities in reading and writing in pair work. And to
increase their intellectual facilities, focus on the formation of
auditive skills; increase motivation in learning english language,
develop their ability to compare and logical to think, say their
opinion. They will learn how to use past
simple.

part:
Introduction: Our today’s theme is
“Computer games: for all the
family?” . At first I will explain
them how to use Adjectives.Then I show them
the video explanation with
examples and picture.
Then I show the presentation.
The new words of our lesson are:

An adjective is a word or set of words
that modifies (i.e., describes) a noun or
pronoun. Adjectives may come before the word they
modify.
Examples:
That is a cute puppy.
She likes
a high school senior.
Adjectives may also follow the
word they modify:
Examples:
That puppy looks cute.
The technology
is state-of-the-art.
Then we will do
exercises using new words and do some activities
using these new
words. After that we will play games
according for this theme. And we will
listen CD and do the
exercises.
I show them the photos
of the well-known computer games and they should guess what game is
it.

Practice:
Open your student’s book p.70
ex:1 The theme is “Computer games: for all the family”. In pairs
discuss the questions.
Ex 2 on p 70.Look at the
photos below. Decide which games are the oldest. Then read the
introduction to the text and check.
Ex 3 on p 70. Read what Will
and Sandra say and match their answers to the questions. There is
one extra question. Then listen and check.
IV.
Production.
Work in pairs. Who do you
agree with more, Will or Sandra? Why? Use the words in the box to
help you.
V.
Conclusion:
Assess your opposite
team!
