1.Greeting. Ask about the weather Introduces the topic and lesson objectives. Dividing into Groups Tt displays pictures of different dance styles (Morris,Kara Zhorga,Chinese fun dance ) on the board.Asks students to pick a paper under the pictures to form three groups.
Warming-up Tt hands out question cards to students.Encourages students to answer them aloud. Questions: What is your favourite singer? What is your favourite sport? What is your favourite film? What is your favourite subject? Do you like to go to school? Who is your favourite teacher? Tt displays new words on the slide and explains their meanings.Provides example sentences for each word. New Vocabulary: 1.expressive – мәнерлі 2.rhythm – ырғақ 3.ribbon – таспа 4.handkerchief – қол орамал 5.fair – honest, just (адал, әділ) 6.couple – a pair of people (жұп) 7.separately – apart from others бөлек) 8.be composed of – to be made up of (құрылады) Group work 1 Tt distributes different texts about dance styles to each group.Asks students to read, translate, and answer comprehension questions.Provides paper and markers for creating a mind map poster.
