Demonstrate the construction and say:

This is the way how we talk about real life events. Just by remembering this construction we can build a lot of informative sentences.

If we want to talk about habits and things which are generally true we use zero conditional.

(If + present simple, + present simple)

For example,

If you heat water up to 100 C, it boils.

If it rains, the ground gets wet.

Before we start completing the sentences so they are true for yourselves let`s divide into groups.

You should take one petal of the flower which is colored on the other side. Then, you will join to the student whose color is same as yours. Are you ready?

You should guess your partners behavior in a given situations or conditions. It means that you write a sentence not about yourself but about your partner.

So, he or she will verify or reject the predictions of the partner.
