The political regime of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I want to start that the political power in the state is carried out on the basis of set of concrete establishments and norms, traditions and wills dominating. This set can submit legitimately established rules of law, traditions or to be proclaimed the governor at his discretion. Such forms of dominion received designation "political regime".­­­

The political science defines "political regime" in a set of the ways, nevertheless only two of definitions usually are accepted. One of them is necessary on political and legal, or established, approach while another it is based on sociology. However, they agree when business reaches understanding of the various relations between the government and society.

Before analyzing the political regime in Kazakhstan, it should be noted that by 1995 the country acquired objective conditions conducive to stronger presidential power. This power was represented by Nazarbaev, who had acquired far greater political resources than his opponents.

Electoral support, which the president used to strengthen his legitimacy and improve the referendum strategy, can be described as one such resource. His unrivalled authority, likewise, was another important factor. It had been earned much earlier, during the last years of Soviet power when our president Nursultan Nazarbaev, a flexible politician, demonstrated his no mean talent for compromises with various social groups and his ability to formulate balanced centrist positions and earn popular support. The Republic of Kazakhstan, following the general for all countries being the USSR to a trend, is the Hyper presidential republic in which President is the head of state and Supreme the commander-in-chief. Executive power is presented by the Government headed by the Prime minister. The legislature is carried out by the Parliament consisting of two chambers which operates on a constant basis. The senate is formed by deputies in the order established by the constitutional law: on two persons from each area, the city of republican value and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also fifteen deputies of the Senate appointed by the President of the Republic taking into account need of providing representation in the Senate of national and cultural and other significant interests of society. The Mazhilis consists of hundred seven deputies elected in an order, established by the constitutional law. The deputy of Parliament can't be at the same time the member of both Chambers. Term of office of deputies of the Senate — six years, a term of office of deputies of Mazhilis — five years. Judicial authority is carried out by courts: Supreme Court, regional, military, city, district and specialized courts.

I think that ours the state does all necessary for the people. And our political regime works effectively despite some malfunctions. Certainly as all the countries at us too have pluses and minuses. In my opinion our country very young but our life, policy and economy since improves. And if in the country there are many young specialists as we that the domestic and foreign policy will improve. We are waited by the light future. I am confident in it. I am sure on it.
