Leisure time and hobby

Everyone have leisure time and hobby. Hobby is defined as something we do in our free time. I think “ A man without a hobby is food without salt”. I have many kinds of hobbies just like everyone else. Today I am going to tell you about my hobbies. My favourite hobbies are cooking, collecting things, reading interesting books and knitting with beads.

Everyone reads his textbook, but these are understood for meant of getting marks not to obtain knowledge. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to read it when I was 5 years old. After reading books I learn new things, the biographies of famous people, it helps me to know more facts. I do my best to use my free time correctly, because I know that they will help me to be clever, intelligent, patient and hard-working. I love my hobby because it makes my mind quick. Another advantage I gain that reading made me a better speaker. I can easily speak and use my knowledge everywhere.

But some of my hobbies need lots of money but I do them to achieve my dream. Now I am a student of 6 grade at secondary school. We have classes in the afternoon, so I’m free in the morning. After I have breakfast I help my mother to wash up dishes, it’s one of my hobbies too. Also I cook different cakes and cokkies with my mother. Every time we try to cook a new kind of cakes. Who among the people not like to have a good meal? When I ‘m free with mom’s help I want to experiment. That is why now I often find online unusual recipes and cook an interesting meal according to them, and in most cases, it turns put very tasty. My favourite trend in cooking is creating desserts. Most of all I like to cook cakes. I baked a birthday cake for my younger brother and sister for their birthdays and decorate them with the characters from the cartoons. To give people joy and bring them pleasure is the main task of any cook. The possibilities are endless and every person will have his own free time as he wishes!
